This results in energy savings of 25%-60% compared to fully hydraulic injection molding machines.


Stable Injection Performance: The dynamic technical parameters of fully hydraulic injection molding machines are easily affected by changes in hydraulic oil temperature, leading to fluctuations. In contrast, the dynamic technical parameters of fully electric injection molding machines are largely unaffected by external factors. The mold forming parameters stored in the computer always match the actual forming conditions, resulting in stable injection performance.
